The whole product, on one page.
Team chat your people already know how to use, a CRM connection that does the busywork, and an admin console that explains itself. Here's all of it.
The chat you'd expect, without the bloat.
Channels, DMs, group DMs, threads, reactions, files and search. Everything in one window, nothing hidden three menus deep.
- Formatting toolbar plus shortcuts: bold, italic, strikethrough, lists, quotes, links, inline code and code blocks.
- Emoji reactions and an emoji picker, @mention autocomplete, typing indicators and online presence.
- Threads keep side conversations out of the main stream; a Threads view lists every one you're part of.
- Star, mute, collapse. Keep the sidebar to what matters; drafts save themselves as you type.
One private room per CRM record.
Rooms open when a record reaches the stage you choose, fill from the role fields on the record, and archive when the record closes. Members never have to be invited — they're already there.
- Rooms are filed under their own sidebar section, named after the record, with the live stage in the header.
- The bot posts what changed: stage moves, who joined or left and why, new cases, tasks, and any field you choose to watch.
- Notes arrive as messages from their author, at the time they were written, tagged with the note type and role.
- Filter the room to Chat, Notes, or a single role when you need the short version.
- Reply from the CRM. A chat panel on the record page shows members and recent messages, and posts as you.
Reach the role, not the roster.
In a record's room, @support, @owner or @billing pings whoever holds that role on that record right now. Everyone gets the usual @name mentions, @channel and @here too — with a warning before you page a big room.
- Invite on mention for shared desks that shouldn't sit in every room.
- Push notifications for DMs and mentions when you're away; nothing when you're already looking.
- Activity view collects every mention and reply in one list; the DMs view shows your conversations.
- Do Not Disturb hours set once for the whole workspace; messages still arrive, phones stay quiet.
Settings written in plain English.
Every setting has a one-line description and shows its current value before you open it. People, channels, analytics, record-room rules, permissions, security and retention — one console, one login.
- People: accounts synced from your CRM, admin grants per person, password resets, deactivation.
- Channels: a sortable table with member counts, CSV export, create, archive, and add-everyone.
- Analytics: messages, active people and rooms over time.
- Activity log: every admin change, who made it, and when.
Everything, by area.
