Team chat that knows your CRM.
Channels, DMs, threads and files like you'd expect — plus a room for every record in your CRM. The right people are already in it, the notes are already there, and @support reaches whoever holds that role today.
- Sales teams
- Support desks

- Lenders

- Field & ops teams
Everything a team expects. Nothing to relearn.
If your team has used Slack or Teams, they already know MOJO HQ. Same shape, fewer surprises.
Channels & direct messages
Public and private channels, 1:1 and group DMs, starred favorites, mute, and a sidebar you can collapse by section.
Threads, reactions, formatting
Reply in thread, react with emoji, and write with bold, lists, quotes, links and code — from a toolbar or keyboard shortcuts.
Search that's actually fast
Full-text search across every message and file you can see. Ctrl K jumps to any channel or person.
Files in the conversation
Drop a file into any channel or DM. Every room has a Files tab, and a Files view collects everything shared with you.
Notifications you control
Push notifications for DMs and mentions, an Activity view for everything that pinged you, and workspace-wide Do Not Disturb hours.
Pick up where you left off
A "New" divider marks what you haven't read, drafts are saved as you type, and a Threads view keeps your conversations in one list.
A room for every record. Opened for you.
Connect your CRM once. From then on, every deal, ticket, account or project that reaches the stage you pick gets its own private room — with the people on the record already inside. Salesforce is the first connector.
A record reaches your stage
You choose which object and which stages count. Early-stage noise never gets a room; anyone can still open one on demand.
The room opens with the right people
Membership comes from the role fields on the record — owner, support lead, whoever you map. When a role changes hands, the room follows.
The CRM keeps talking
Stage changes, new cases, notes and watched fields post into the room. When the record closes, the room archives itself.
Notes become messages
A note written in the CRM shows up in the room as a message from the person who wrote it, at the time they wrote it — tagged with the note type and their role. Filter the room to Chat, Notes, or one role.
Paste a link, get a card
Drop a CRM record link into any conversation and MOJO HQ unfurls it into a card with the fields that matter.
Chat from inside the record
A live panel on the CRM record page shows the room's members and latest messages. Reply there as yourself — no second login.
Standing members
Put a leader in every room that matches a rule — say, every record in the West region — quietly, so they can watch without the noise.
Mention the role. MOJO HQ finds the person.
Type @support in a record's room and it reaches whoever holds Support on that record right now — not a static group, not a guess. If nobody holds the role yet, you're told privately so nothing falls through.
- Pull-in on mention. Shared desks (billing, legal, QA) stay out of rooms until someone @mentions them — then they're added and pinged in one step.
- Quiet members. Managers can sit in every room muted and only hear about it when named.
- Aliases you define. @owner, @billing, @team — map them to the fields on your records.
Rooms that open, fill, and close themselves.
Set the rules once in the admin console. Rooms open on the stages you pick, membership follows the record, and closed records archive after the delay you choose — and come back if the record does.
- Per-role membership: always in, added when mentioned, or never.
- Hand-offs with a grace period so a reassigned teammate can wrap up before they leave the room.
- Deactivate with the CRM. When a user is deactivated there, their chat account is signed out everywhere and removed from every room.
An admin console IT will actually open.
One place for people, channels, permissions, security and retention — with plain-language settings and a log of who changed what.
People & channels
Accounts come from your CRM users automatically. Manage channels in a table, export to CSV, archive, or add everyone in one click.
Security
Work email + password sign-in, minimum password length, session duration, access logs, and a "sign everyone out" button for the bad day.
Retention & DND
Delete messages and files after a set number of days, or keep everything. Workspace Do Not Disturb hours hold push notifications overnight.
Permissions & activity log
Decide who can create or archive channels, add people, delete messages, or use @channel in big rooms. Every admin change is logged.
